We invest in real estate both for ourself and in partnership with clients in complex joint venture deal structures which deliver optimal returns. We specialise particularly in opportunistic value add opportunities which span across all asset classes including industrial, retail, office, multi-family and single-family,
Our services span throughout the entire life cycle of an investment including deal advisory, acquisition analysis, asset management both on property and investment level, lease-up, deposition advisory including 1031 exchange expertise. In addition, we have development expertise to be able to take the lead on ground up/value-add projects.
Our private equity arm invests in high-growth businesses primarily pre-seed.
