OUR INVESTMENT CRITERIA

REAL ESTATE

We operate a broad real estate investment strategy across all major asset classes, with a geographic focus on our key markets of the UK and GCC. We target value add and opportunistic transactions where we can deploy active asset management, capital expenditure, or development expertise to create and crystallise value.


Target Sectors


Living

Our primary focus within the living sector spans a range of acquisition structures and asset profiles:


  • Land with and without existing planning consent — where planning is absent, we require a credible and executable route to secure or optimise consent
  • Completed or near-completed new build houses and apartment blocks acquired via direct purchase, forward funding, or forward commitment from housebuilders
  • Residential blocks and HMOs that are underrented or require capital expenditure to unlock reversionary value
  • Office-to-residential conversions where permitted development or full planning provides a viable residential end-use


 

Mixed Use

We acquire mixed-use assets where the combination of uses presents an opportunity to reposition, actively manage, or separate and enhance individual components to drive overall asset performance.


Industrial

We target industrial and light industrial assets requiring active asset management, capital expenditure programmes, or where land value can be unlocked through planning or change of use.


PRIVATE EQUITY


Our innovative and high-growth strategy targets two types of companies:

  • Start-ups that have generated revenues, established client base and have shown initial market fit.
  • Companies with declining profitability and require turnaround experience to create and maintain additional value.


We consider both on-market and off-market opportunities and are able to move quickly where the investment case is clear. If you have an opportunity that meets our criteria, we welcome direct approaches.
